Counter-Terrorism and Transnational Organized Crime Act (Tonga)
The Act penalizes terrorism financing, terrorist acts, provision of property or services to specified entities as defined, dealing with terrorist property, harboring of persons committing terrorist acts, provision of weapons to terrorist groups, participation in terrorist groups and recruitment of persons to terrorist groups, among others. It also penalizes other transnational organized crime, corruption, people trafficking and people smuggling.
