Corporate Rehabilitation Act, 2018 (Pakistan)
The Act established the rules for the rehabilitation of debtors, from the commencement of the case, the conduct of mediation, the acceptance, confirmation and implementation of the plan for rehabilitation, as well as the grounds for the revocation of confirmation of a plan for rehabilitation, among others. It also lays down the process and rules for the administration of the debtor and the latter's properties.
