Constitution Amendment (No. 3) 2019, Samoa
The Constitution Amendment (No. 3) 2019 of Samoa amends Article 44 of the Constitution on the composition of the Legislative Assembly, increasing the number of members from 41 to 51 for each territorial constituency, which is now renamed "electoral constituency." The term "electors" is substituted with "voters" and "territorial or urban" is changed to "electoral."
