Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, Republic Act No. 9165 (Philippines)

The prohibited acts include importation, use, sale, distribution, possession, manufacture of drugs, as well as other paraphernalia for the use thereof. It also prohibits the maintenance of a den, dive or resort where dangerous drugs are used or sold, among others. 

The Act established the Dangerous Drugs Board and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency for the implementation of the provisions of the Act. It further enumerates the responsibilities of schools, local government units and the private sector to raise awareness on the ill effects of dangerous drugs to ensure a drug free community.
