Commentary on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Insolvency” (Uzbek)

This commentary is devoted to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Insolvency," providing an article-by-article analysis of the legal norms.  The commentary covers in detail the signs of insolvency, judicial and pre-trial procedures, observation, pre-trial rehabilitation, external management, rehabilitation and liquidation processes, and the rights and obligations of property owners, creditors, and the debtor.  It also analyzes the status of the judicial manager, the order of satisfaction of creditors' claims, the procedure for assessing and selling the debtor's property,  and provisions on certain categories of debtors (such as agricultural enterprises, financial institutions, urban enterprises). The commentary interprets the legal norms in accordance with judicial practice, international experience, and relevant by-laws.
