Children and Young Persons Act 1993 (Singapore)
The Regulations define the punishable acts and offenses relating to children including ill-treatment of children, contribution to delinquency of a child, sexual exploitation and trafficking of children. They generally provide for the rules on protection of children and young persons, fostering the Youth Court, licensing of homes for children and young persons, juvenile rehabilitation centers, and places of safety.
