Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act 2007 (Cook Islands)
The Act defines the prohibited acts with respect to chemical weapons including its development, production, acquisition, stockpiling, retention and use, among others. It also established the National Authority as the regulatory body mandated to implement the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling, and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction.
