Building Control (Environmental Sustainability) Regulations, 2008 (Singapore)

The Building Control (Environmental Sustainability) Regulations apply to building works generally involving 5,000 square meters or more. The Regulations provide minimum Green Mark scores and relevant Green Mark certifications for building works covered by the Regulations. The Regulations refer to the Building Control Act which defines a Green Mark score as the numerical score to assess the environmental sustainability of a building, calculated using the prescribed scoring methodology.
