Anti-Terrorism Order 2011 (Brunei Darussalam)
Offences relating to terrorism include, among others, commission thereof, provision or collection of property to commit terrorist acts, provision of services to commit terrorist acts, use of property for commission of terrorist acts, dealing with terrorist property, soliciting or giving support to terrorist groups or for commission of terrorist acts, harboring of persons committing terrorist acts and terrorist bombing.
The Order authorizes any police officer to arrest without warrant any person whom he reasonably suspects has committed or is attempting to commit an offense under the Order. It sets out the procedure for investigation of offenses relating to terrorism, as well as the process for seizure, freezing and confiscation of terrorist property.
