Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, Republic Act No. 7877 (Philippines)
The Republic Act penalizes all forms of sexual harassment in employment, education or training environments. It defines and enumerates the acts which constitute sexual harassment, which include instances when a sexual favor is made as a condition for hiring in employment, or in granting of honors, or for a passing grade. The employer, head of the office, educational or training institution shall be held solidarily liable for damages arising from acts of sexual harassment.
