Anti-Dumping Act of 1999, Republic Act No. 8752 (Philippines)

The Act allows the Secretary of Trade and Industry or the Secretary of Agriculture, as the case may be, to impose an anti-dumping duty whenever it finds that a product is being imported into the Philippines at an export price less than its normal value in the ordinary course of trade which may affect the domestic industry.
