Anti-Dummy Law, Commonwealth Act No. 108, as Amended (Philippines)

The law punishes the circumvention of any Philippine constitutional or legal provision which requires Philippine citizenship as a requisite for the exercise or enjoyment of a right, franchise or privilege. It shall also be unlawful for any person or corporation to falsely simulate the existence of a minimum stock or capital when the law requires that, in order for a corporation or association to exercise or enjoy a right, franchise or privilege, not less than a certain percentage of its capital must be owned by Filipino citizens. It further punishes any person or corporation who permits or allow the use, exploitation or enjoyment of a right, franchise, privilege, property or business, which is expressly reserved by the Constitution to Filipino citizens, or at least 60% of the capital of which is owned by Filipino citizens, to persons or corporations which do not possess the foregoing requisites.
