The Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009, Republic Act No. 9775 (Philippines)
The Act enumerates the unlawful acts with respect to the production, offering, distribution and possession of child pornography. Internet service providers have the duty to notify the Philippine National Police if it obtains facts that any form of child pornography is being committed using its server. A child who is a victim of any form of child pornography shall be provided with appropriate care, custody and support for their recovery and reintegration.
