Anti-Bullying Act of 2013, Republic Act No. 10627 (Philippines)

The Act defines bullying and cyber-bullying. It requires all elementary and secondary schools to adopt policies to address the existence of bullying in their respective institutions which shall be regularly updated. 

The policies against bullying shall include, at the minimum, provisions which prohibit bullying, identification of disciplinary administrative sanctions on bullying including a rehabilitation program for the perpetrator, an anonymous mechanism to report bullying and education of students regarding bullying.
