The Act Relating to Children, Act No. 23 of the year 2018 (2075) (Nepal)

The Act Relating to Children provides for children's rights in Nepal, in recognition of Nepal's commitment towards the promotion and fulfillment of the best interest of the child and their rights. It enumerates the rights of children which include their right to live, right to a name, nationality and identity, right against discrimination, right to live and meet with the parents, right to participate, right to freedom of expression and information, right to open organization and assemble peacefully, right to privacy, right to nutrition and health, right to sports, entertainment and culture, and right to education.
