2020 Revised Rules of Procedure for Intellectual Property Rights Cases A.M. No. 10-3-10-SC (Philippines)

The Rules provided for the procedure on civil and criminal cases involving intellectual property rights. It defined and outlined the processes with respect to commencement of actions, service of summons, orders, court processes and filing of answers. It also provided for the modes of discovery and stated the process for the conduct of pre-trial, clarification hearings, trial, judgments and appeals from a judgment or final order. It also provides the rules of evidence with respect to patent, trademark infringement, unfair competition and copyright cases.
