2020 Guidelines for the Conduct of the Court-Annexed Mediation and Judicial Dispute Resolution in Civil Cases, Supreme Court A.M. No. 19-10-20 (Philippines)
The Guidelines enumerate the mandatory cases which shall be referred to Court-Annexed Mediation (CAM) and Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR). In all action or proceedings where compromise is not prohibited by law and there is significant likelihood of settlement, the parties may request the court to refer their dispute to CAM and JDR. They further outline the procedures for the conduct of CAM and JDR before the courts.
