Yashna Shrawani

Yashna Shrawani is a counsel in the Office of General Counsel, supporting sovereign operations in Southeast Asia and the Office of Markets Development and Public–Private Partnerships of ADB. She also works on partnerships and co-financing initiatives. Prior to joining ADB, Yashna was in private practice in the banking and finance sector in India specializing in cross border and structured debt transactions, special situation investments and in advising social impact investors in India and the Asia Pacific Region. Yashna has also previously worked on distressed asset and bankruptcy policy advisory, bankruptcy litigation and securitizations. Yashna obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Business Administration from the Symbiosis Law School in Pune, India in 2010 and her LL.M. from the Columbia Law School, New York in 2014.
