Vilaxon Vansilalom
Head of Department
Vilaxon Vansilalom is a head of division in the Department of Judge Training and Researcher for the Environmental Crime Unit under the National Institute of Justice with the Ministry of Justice. He also teaches Environmental Law, Penal Law, Criminal Procedure Law. He received the Bachelor of Law in 2006 from Hue University of Law, Viet Nam. He received his Master's Degree on Law in 2016 from Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos. His thesis is about issues on Environmental Offences and a comparative study on Penal Law between Lao PDR and Vietnam.
