Ursula Lagan is a counsel in the Office of General Counsel, specializing in international development financing, covering the Southeast and Central West regions. Prior to joining ADB, Ursula worked in international law firms, in the area of banking, debt capital markets and structured finance in Australia, London, and Africa.
