Sophorn Tuy

Sophorn Tuy is a Master's Degree Student of Law in International of Human Rights at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC). She is completing her thesis relating to main challenges for female students' access to higher education. Sophorn also graduated from the PUC with a Master's Degree in Management in 2013. She served as a Librarian at the Center for the Study of Humanitarian Law (CSHL) since March 2017. Before joining the Center, Sophorn was a Manager in charge of Finance, Public Relations and Planning at Faculty of Law and Public Affairs at the PUC from August 2015 to March 2017. She was also a Manager for the Law and Human Rights Resource Center at the PUC from 2014 to 2015, and was a Librarian at the PUC from 2005 to 2014.
