Smita Pandey

Dr. Smita Pandey is currently teaching Environmental Law and Laws related to Intellectual Property Rights at the Symbiosis Law School Pune. She has done her PhD on effect of Acquisition of Generic drug producing companies on compulsory license. She was awarded Junior Research Fellowship by Symbiosis International University. She has cleared NET. She has published chapters in books, articles in various national and international Journals (SCOPUS &WoS). She is qualified Patent Agent and Trademark Agent. She has practiced as an Agent for two years as freelancer. She is a member of the Editorial Review Board of International Journal of Engineering Research & Management. She is part of various projects related to environmental issues under the aegis of the university. She has done her LL M with Business Law specialization, M. Sc. In Textile Chemistry and M.Sc. in Chemistry.
