Sivananda Kumar

Sivananda Kumar specializes in Corporate and Securities Law and holds Doctoral Degree in Corporate Criminal Liability. In his academic career he taught commercial legislations, including Contracts, Company Law, Securities Law, Environmental Law, IPR and PIL. He is also associated with NGOs that work for Consumer Rights and Environmental protection.

He has working knowledge in academic administration and worked as Assistant Director for the School of Law in GITAM. He is also IQAC Coordinator and NSS Coordinator and proactively worked as Coordinator of ADR. His academic works were published in ALT, AILD and EPW on contemporary issues of Law.
