Powell Del Rosario

Powell Del Rosario is a lawyer, a professor of Environmental law at the Colegio Dela Purisima Concepcion in Roxas City, Philippines. He was a governance and legislative fellow of the US Department of State in May-June 2014 in Washington D.C., USA. He was also a Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) scholar to Japan in 2013 on a course of study in Rural Development.
Powell served as an elected city councilor in Roxas City from 2010 to 2019 were he was known as an environmental champion and awarded as Outstanding Councilor of the Philippines for his excellent legislative performance.
