Nora Lay is a Lecturer in Environmental Law with the Faculty of Law of National University of Management (NUM) since 2014. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), Business Administration (Accounting) from the National Institute of Management, and Bachelor of Biology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). He also holds a Master Degree of Law (LL.M) from the Royal University of Laws and Economics (RULE). Currently, He is a PhD Candidate in Law with the Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC) since September 2015.
