Nikita Pattajoshi
Assistant Professor of Law
Nikita Pattajoshi has been teaching Environmental Laws since 2018 and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the field of Climate Change Litigation. At NLU Odisha, she also offers courses on Law of Mines and Minerals, Comparative Legal Systems and Administrative Law. She is also a part of the University Research Centre on Natural Resources Management. Since she has obtained her specialisation at the post graduate level in Commercial Laws, she takes immense interest in linking commercial laws with environmental laws and policies, like solving climate change through international arbitration, designing a competition law/policy to achieve sustainability etc.
