Nigel Chin
Principal Counsel
Nigel Chin is a principal counsel in ADB’s Office of General Counsel where he is a member of the Private Sector Legal Group. Nigel completed his Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Law at the University of Otago, New Zealand. He is joint project co-lead on ADB’s MLETR advocacy project. Prior to joining ADB, Nigel worked for over 15 years in global law firms on transactions across Asia, Latin America and Africa, with a particular emphasis on structured trade finance and project finance transactions.
