Maria Agatha Sindico-Nacario
Senior Legal Officer
Maria Agatha Sindico-Nacario is a senior member of the Procurement Team of the Office of the General Counsel and has been with ADB for eleven years. She specializes in procurement and is one of the senior legal officers providing legal advice to OGC staff and works with all regional departments across the Bank on procurement-related concerns and issues. Prior to joining ADB, she was a Procurement Consultant and Document Specialist for Duty Free Philippines and Phil. JAC, Inc. and served as Procurement Management Officer for the Government Procurement Policy Board. Agatha is a Philippine national, and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines since 2005, and the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply since 2014.
