Manuel Sarausad

Manuel "Jack" Sarausad graduated Cum Laude and was the class valedictorian of UC School of Law Batch 2013. He placed 6th during the 2013 Bar Examinations. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Magna cum Laude, from the University of San Carlos (Cebu, Philippines) in 2006. He is presently finishing his Master of Business Administration (Regis) at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. 

After passing the Bar, he worked at the Office of the Solicitor General as Associate Solicitor III. Thereafter, he was hired as the Chief Legal Counsel of the University of Cebu until the present, concurrently serving as the Executive Vice Chancellor.

His areas of practice include environmental law, labor and civil litigation, corporate services, business transactions, and family law. He is currently a professor at the UC School of Law.

Full-time father of 4 beautiful kids.
