Before joining the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Joyce excelled as a digital marketing consultant, specializing in enhancing the online presence of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) during the pandemic. Leveraging over a decade of industry experience, she brings innovation and creativity to every project.
