She played a key role in spearheading the development of the Philippines’ pioneering e-learning course on Basic Wildlife Law Enforcement, showcasing her ability to merge design with impactful educational initiatives. Joyce also served as an international trainer for the Training for Timor-Leste Police Officers (Department of Support for Vulnerable People) on the Use of Digital Audio Recording Devices for Cases Involving Violence Against Women and Girls, demonstrating her commitment to using multimedia tools for social impact.
