Hannah joined the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2025 as a member of the Law and Policy Reform Team. Before joining ADB, Hannah was Strategic Partnerships Lead for Asia & Pacific at LexisNexis, leading cross-regional initiatives and managing strategic partnerships. These include government projects in Asia and the Pacific for the digitization, consolidation, and publishing of legislation and court judgements. She has also worked on initiatives to introduce the use of Lexis’ GenAI legal tools in Singapore.
Hannah began her legal career in Myanmar as a Foreign Legal Associate at Kelvin Chia Partnership from 2010 to 2013, before joining Allen & Gledhill as a Senior Foreign Associate from 2013 to 2017, where she was instrumental in establishing the firm’s Myanmar practice.
