Gerrmai A. Mondragon

Gerrmai Mondragon is a lawyer of the Office of the General Counsel and primarily supports transactions in connection with ADB’s treasury operations since 2016. She is likewise a member of the Office of the General Counsel’s Law and Policy Reform Committee and Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism team. Prior to joining ADB, Gem was in private practice for more than 8 years and specialized in corporate commercial cross-border transactions and litigation. She obtained her law degree from the University of the Philippines in 2006 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007.
