Enrico Pinali
Regional Head, Private Sector Development Central and West Asia Region
Mr. Enrico Pinali – a National from Italy – has more than 20 years of professional experience, 11 years of which spent in ADB.
Mr. Pinali is currently the Private Sector Development Regional Head for the Central and West Asia region in ADB. In his role, Mr. Pinali oversees private sector development activities, including advisory and investment operations in 11 countries. Previously he was stationed for 4 years in Uzbekistan, where he drove the growth of ADB’s portfolio in the country in the areas of Finance and Private Sector, including Public Private Partnerships.
Mr. Pinali holds Dual Masters’ degrees in Business Administration and Global Finance, Trade and Economic Integration from the University of Denver, USA. He is also a Certified Public Private Partnership Professional (CP3P) and a Certified Expert in ESG and Impact Investing.
