Adya Surbhi focus on Environmental Law, International Law, Human Rights Law, Use of Military Force, International Humanitarian Law, and the intersection of Environmental and Business Laws.
She holds an LLM (distinction) from the University of Reading, United Kingdom where she received a School of Law Scholarship. She completed her BA LLB from Chanakya National Law University. Before joining academics, Adya worked as legal manager in the e-commerce sector and as a project manager in one of the non-profit volunteering projects in the University of the United Kingdom.
