Abigail Palanca Gotengco
Associate Legal Operations Administrator, ADB
Ms. Abigail P. Gotengco has been the Associate Legal Operations Administrator of the Office of the General Counsel of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since 2018. She joined ADB in June 2014.
She has a good mix of private sector and government professional experience, having worked in JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Document Processing Specialist from 2010-2014; as a Graft Prevention and Control Officer III at the former Presidential Anti-Graft Commission from 2009-2010; and as a Legal Assistant II at the Executive Division of Public Attorney’s Office – Central Office from 2007-2009.
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Major in Legal Management at New Era University. She was an undergraduate student of Bachelor of Laws from Arellano University School of Law (attended 2008-2010). She was also an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Major in Entomology, at the University of the Philippines Los Banos (attended 1998-2002).
