The Legal Situation of LGBT People in Asia and Pacific Developing Countries

Jogendra Ghimire is a senior lawyer from ADB and has over 15 years of legal experience. In this ADB seminar, he discussed relevant laws on sexual orientation, particularly policies and laws that promote lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) inclusion. 

PRC In-Country Training

30 institutions from across 18 provinces were represented at the fourth in-country TTT program in PRC. Government environment officials stressed the need to build human capital for a green future at a dialogue with environmental law professors.
