Regulation of the Minister of Forestry No. P.17/Menhut-II/2008 amending Regulation of the Minister of Forestry No. P.54/MENHUT-II/2007 regarding equipment permit for the activity of business permit on the exploit of wood forest (IUPHHK) at natural forest or activity of wood exploit permit (IPK) or auction result.
This Regulation amends Regulation of the Minister of Forestry No. P.54/MENHUT-II/2007 by inserting a new article 13A on entrance permits and equipment usage to exploit wood in forest areas held by lease.
