Law of the People's Republic of China on Desert Prevention and Transformation
The Law of the People's Republic of China on Desert Prevention and transformation has been adopted at the 23rd meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress of the Peoples Republic of China on Aug. 31, 2001 and is hereby promulgated, and shall come into force on Jan. 1, 2002.
