Electricity Rules (1993)
These Rules implement various provisions of the Electricity Act, 2049 (1992). The Rules set out procedures and requirements for obtaining licences for the transmission, production or distribution of electricity. The Rules provide for formats of licences, terms and conditions of licences and licence fees.
