On 16-17 September 2025, ADB’s Law and Policy Reform Program partnered with leading experts to conduct the FinTech Innovation Forum and Capacity Building Workshop, a two-day workshop to build the capacity of more than 60 regulators to enable a conducive environment for FinTech development and maximize the applications of SupTech.

ADB also launched two landmark reports: FinTech Innovation Roadmap for Mongolia and Supervisory Technology Assessment and Recommendation Reports. These reports were the result of two years of extensive consultations with government authorities and the private sector, as well as frontier research on global best practices. In addition to facilitating high-level policy dialogue, ADB also supported interactive training sessions that strengthened the capacity of Mongolian regulators, aligning with ADB’s commitment to holistic sector reform. Actionable recommendations were disseminated to key institutions, ensuring a unified approach to building a resilient and future-ready financial landscape.
