Rules And Guidelines for the Implementation of Institutionalizing the Certification Scheme For Digital Signatures and Application of Digital Signatures In E-Government Services (Philippines)
The rules require accredited Certification Authorities (CA) to use internationally-accepted standards for digital signatures, as may be prescribed by the relevant government agencies. Subscribers of digital certificates are required to personally apply for a digital certificate with the Registration Authority or directly with the CA, and the guidelines enumerate the minimum requirements for submission in support of the subscribers' application.
