Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act 2000 (Singapore)
The Act provides a schedule containing a list of toxic chemicals and their precursors. It enumerated the offenses with respect to the use, development, production, acquisition and stockpiling of chemical weapons. It penalizes the use of Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 chemicals even when done for a permitted purpose, when done so without the condition of a license granted by the Director-General.
