Patsharamon Manathat

Pat joined ADB in 2022 as a counsel in the Office of the General Counsel. She primarily supports ADB's sovereign operations in Southeast Asia and the Office of Markets Development and Public-Private Partnerships (OMDP) in providing transaction advisory services to the government on public–private partnership (PPP) projects across sectors including rails, airport, renewable energy, and education. Prior to joining ADB, she has over 10 years of experience advising the private and public sectors on PPP projects, complex cross border transactions with particular focus on infrastructure project development and financing, and commercial litigation and arbitration. Pat also led her previous law firm's pro bono team in providing a wide range of legal support and assistance to domestic and international organizations. Pat is dual qualified in England and Wales and Thailand.
