Sub-Decree on the Establishment of the National Climate Change Committee, 2006 (Cambodia)

The Sub-Decree establishes a National Climate Change Committee (NCCC) with the mandate to prepare, coordinate and monitor the implementation of policies, strategies, legal instruments, plans and programmes of the Royal Government of Cambodia to address climate change issues within the country. The NCCC is tasked to, among others, cooperate with concerned ministries and institutions in the drafting of climate change policies and in promoting stakeholder participation for the effective implementation of climate change policies.

Insurance Order (Brunei Darussalam)

The Insurance Order regulates the insurance business in Brunei Darussalam. It provides that no person shall carry on any class of insurance business as insurer unless the person is registered as a company under the Companies Act. It also requires companies carrying on life business or general business insurance in Brunei to register under the Order in respect of that class of business, maintain the prescribed deposit and surplus of assets over liabilities, and be a member of an approved association of insurers.
