The Guidelines prescribe the rules governing data protection certifiers and the processing of all types of personal data, whether of a natural or legal person and whether or not the personal data originates domestically or from a foreign country.

The Bhutan National Adaptation Programme of Action (NAPA) examined the country’s climate change related vulnerabilities in its unique geographical setting, as well as in relation to its developmental goals. With these, it summarized the proposed activities per sector as culled from the public consultations and stakeholder workshops.

The Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act is a comprehensive law which established a juvenile justice system for children at risk and children in conflict with the law from prevention of crimes to rehabilitation and their reintegration to society.
