An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments the Endangered Species (Import and Export)Act (Chapter 92A of the 2000 Revised Edition) so as to give effect to the Convention on International Trade inEndangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora by controlling the importation, exportation, re-exportation and introduction from the sea of certain animals and plants, and parts and derivatives of such animals and plants, and for matters connected therewith.
