Sonali Bhatnagar graduated from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies with a BA LLB degree, specializing in Energy Law and then completed her post graduate degree from Jagran Lake City University in Intellectual Property Rights Law and Corporate Law. She also completed her UGC Net exam. Her interest lies in teaching and Environmental Law.

Ms. Vidya Ann Jacob is an Assistant Professor at School of Law, CHRIST and has been associated with the law school for the past seven years. She has completed her B.A.LL.B. from Bangalore University and LL.M from the Christ University. Her Research interests include Human Rights, Urban Development Law and Environmental Law. She has been a part of research projects funded by the Karnataka Government and National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

Simi John is an Assistant Professor of Law at Bharata Mata School of Legal Studies, Aluva, Kerala. She is also a Research Scholar at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India. She takes courses on Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, Jurisprudence and Research Methodology. She has published articles on various legal issues in national and regional journals and edited books. She has also presented papers and acted as resource person in many national and international seminars.

Dr. Rana Navneet Roy is presently working as Assistant Professor of Law in Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. He is an alumnus of Law School, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and completed my LL.B. in 2008 and LL. M. in 2010 with a distinction for LL.M. Dissertation. He went on to qualify UGC-NET and JRF the very same year. Before joining HNLU in the following year, Dr. Roy had been a Junior Research Fellow in Law School, BHU, Varanasi. He maintains a meritorious academic profile throughout, and completed his doctoral degree in Law on the topic “Law and Policy on Climate Change: Challenges and Prospects with Special Reference to India” from HNLU, Raipur itself.

Adya Surbhi focus on Environmental Law, International Law, Human Rights Law, Use of Military Force, International Humanitarian Law, and the intersection of Environmental and Business Laws.

Aprajita Singh is an Assistant professor of Law in the School of Law University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Dehradun. she comes with teaching experience of more than six years as an Assistant professor. she has attained great enthusiasm to explore the area of environmental law over the years with her teaching and research interest. she has presented various research papers in the area of environmental Law been part of the panel discussion, and published research papers in furtherance of her academic skill.

Rama Devi Gudemela is an academician with 8+ years of teaching experience in International, environment and torts laws. PhD in Private International Law. LL.B Gold Medalist for overall topping the university, Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Nikita Pattajoshi has been teaching Environmental Laws since 2018 and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the field of Climate Change Litigation. At NLU Odisha, she also offers courses on Law of Mines and Minerals, Comparative Legal Systems and Administrative Law. She is also a part of the University Research Centre on Natural Resources Management.

Dr. Jithin Jagadanandan is Assistant Professor of Law at School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru, India. He teaches courses on Environmental Law and Constitutional Law. He is an alumnus of Central University of Punjab, Bathinda and Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. His holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Law. His major research areas include Environmental Law, Environment and Human Rights and Constitutional Law.

Prof. (Dr.) Tony George Puthucherril is an Associate Professor at the Jindal Global Law School. He is also a Research Associate at the Marine & Environmental Law Institute at the Schulich School of Law, where he has taught courses on Canadian Property Law, Law of the Sea, and Arctic Ocean Law and Policy. He is a Senior Research Fellow with the International Ocean Institute, Canada. He is also a member of the World Commission on Environment & Development of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (Canada).
