Winnie Carruth is the Project Manager of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law for the In-Country ADB-TTT Program. She is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and works closely with the TTT Team Leader, Professor Robert Fowler and the international trainers on the TTT Program.
Winnie received her legal education in the United Kingdom. She was trained as both a barrister and a solicitor in England. She is called to the Bar of England and Wales and is a barrister of Middle Temple in London, UK.

Dr. Haifeng Deng is the associate dean and tenured associate professor of the Law School, Tsinghua University, China. He is also the vice director of the Center for Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy Law of Tsinghua University and the senior research fellow of the CDM Development and Research Center of Tsinghua University. His research is focused on environmental law, nature resource law and energy law.

Prof. Wang Shekun is now an associate professor of environmental law at Peking University Law School. Meanwhile, he is a member of Environmental Law Branch of Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences and the China Association for Environment and Resources Law. He is also the editors of the Chinese Rule of Environmental Law.

Professor Wang Jin is now a full professor at Peking University Law School, the Director of Peking University Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Institute, and the Director of Peking University Nuclear Policy and Law Research Center. Meanwhile, he serves as a Chinese member of the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development, Vice President of the Environmental Law Branch of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, and an expert consultant for the Trial Division on Environment and Resources in the Supreme Court. He also served as Director of the Professional Committee on Environment, Resources and Energy Law of All China Lawyers Association from 2001 to 2014.

Professor Song Ying is now an associate professor of public international law at the School of Law, Peking University. She is also the deputy-director of the International Law Institute of Peking University.

Jolene Lin is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Hong Kong, where she has taught environmental law since 2007. Her research interests lie in climate change law and she is currently writing a monograph on the role of cities as transnational climate change governance actors. Her work has been published in, inter alia, the European Journal of International Law, Legal Studies and the Journal of Environmental Law.

Dr. Budhaditya Das is Assistant Professor (Social Sciences) at the School of Human Ecology, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi, India. He teaches courses on Environmental Law, Policy and Governance, Environmental History and Gender and Environment.

Akshaya Desai has a Master's Degree in Human Rights Law with 6 years of legal and academic experience. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law with Amity University, Mumbai since September 2016.

J K Mony Angelus graduated from the Dr. Ambedkar Law University in Tamilnadu during 2009, specializing in Environmental Law and Legal Order. He started his teaching career in 2010 as Guest Faculty of Law at the Government Law College in Thirunelveli, then came to Chennai on 2013 and joined the Dr. Ambedkar Government College Chennai as Guest Faculty of Law. J K Mony Angelus worked at the High Court of Madras under the Government Pleader Office Mr. Sanjai Gandhi, President IPR Attorney Associates.
