Preeti Sikder is a lecturer teaching environmental law at the Department of Law and Justice of Jahangirnagar University since December 2016. After graduating from Department of Law, University of Dhaka with a first class, Ms. Sikder also completed her LLM from the same university in top five percent of her class.

In 2014, he was appointed to be Under Secretary General (Under Secretary of State of the National Committee for Organizing National and International Festival (NCONIF); Legal advisor to the Theravada Buddhist Order of the Kingdom of Cambodia (given Buddhist title Maha Buddha Jinarasa); Professor of Law, Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC).

Puthy Say is a lecturer at Pannasastra University of Cambodia. She has master’s degrees in Business Administration and Education, and specializes in Business and Communication. She is interested in Environmental Law and teaches Gender Studies and Business.

Sovannrath Synn is a Judge of Court of First Instance (Siem Reap) and the Environmental Network for the Cambodia Supreme Court. He is a Legal Consultant at Khmer Rouge Tribunal (ECCC) and the Pretrial Chamber. In addition, he is a Lecturer at Royal Academic Judicial Profession (Judge School) and the Pannasastra University of Cambodia. He is also currently a Trainer for Civil Code and Civil Procedure for Judges in Cambodia.

Sok Phanna is holding a Master of Environmental Law from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and two Bachelor’s Degrees from Cambodian universities (one in law and the other in education), He has been working in the field of human rights and environmental law for more than a decade.
